Add an option to display time values in minutes (or hours + minutes) instead of decimal hours across the app.

Currently, schedules can only be viewed and printed on a weekly basis. It would be very helpful to have a full monthly schedule view, along with the ability to print schedules by month. This would make it easier for teams who plan further in advance to: See overall staffing coverage across the entire month Print and share schedules with staff in a single document Reduce the need to print multiple weekly schedules Proposed solution: Add a monthly calendar view in the Schedule page Include a “Print Monthly Schedule” option (similar to the current weekly print options: all staff or per staff member)

I would like the ability to send a schedule to a specific staff member instead of everyone. This would help in managing communications more effectively and ensure that only relevant staff receive the necessary information.
