Allow store owners to give managers access to create, edit, and publish schedules without granting full access to POS Time Tracker. Managers responsible for scheduling should be able to manage schedules without being able to create, edit, or delete time entries, or access reports and staff settings. This would let store owners delegate scheduling while keeping time records and other administrative functions restricted.

Allow POS Time Tracker to be used in multiple languages across the Shopify Admin app, Shopify POS extensions, and Staff Portal, so merchants and employees can use it in their preferred language.

Allow managers to track and manage staff time off by recording approved time-off entries (such as vacation, sick leave, or personal time) directly within POS Time Tracker.

I would like an option to hide past clock in and out times from staff. Since everything is managed by the back office, having minimal options for clocking in and out would be beneficial.

Identify unauthorized absences, no-shows, and tardiness. Prevent early clock ins and early/late clock outs

Add the ability to track and calculate staff commission tied to sales.

Add a new POS extension that gives managers a dedicated “Manager View” inside Shopify POS. Managers could use this view to quickly review staff activity without needing to open the Shopify Admin app. The extension would allow authorized managers to view clock entries, current clock-in status, breaks, and scheduled shifts for other staff members at their location.

Allow managers to create shifts with future timestamps instead of restricting all entries to past or current times only.

I am currently on the basic Shopify plan and do not have staff accounts. Your app only monitors schedules for people logged in with staff accounts, which doesn't work for me. It would be beneficial if the app could monitor schedules without requiring staff accounts, accommodating users on basic plans.

I would like the ability for staff to choose whether they are taking a paid or unpaid break when starting a break. This feature would provide merchants with flexibility while ensuring accurate reporting and payroll calculations.
