Add a staff activity view inside the Staff Portal so staff members can review their own time clock entries remotely.

Currently, staff can view their schedule from the Staff Portal, but they need access to Shopify POS to review past clock activity. This would make it easier for staff to confirm their hours before payroll and catch any missing or incorrect entries early.
